We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also provide the option of paying via PayPal which is processed through their secure servers. We do not accept cash on delivery.
All orders are processed within 24 hours except for orders placed on weekends which will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
It will normally take 1-3 working days for your order to be delivered to you.
Delivery is free with a minimum spend of S$100/- per order. We charge S$8/- for every order lesser than S$100/-.
Please ensure that your delivery address is valid. Failure to provide a valid address will result in your delivery to be delayed.
If your address details are incorrect, please email us immediately by replying to your invoice email.
We are unable to deliver at a specific timing/s. If the 1st delivery attempt fails, the delivery service provider will attempt to deliver your order for another two times. Your order will be returned to our warehouse the next working day if all three attempts to deliver your order to you fails.
In such an event, you will pay S$8/- for us to redeliver your order to you.
If you have made arrangement for the delivery service provider to leave the order outside your house, we will not be responsible for any missing item/and or order.
